Hosting Agreement

1. Managed Hosting
AgentDesk provides managed hosting for your AI receptionist dashboard. Managed hosting is included in all subscription plans. Your dashboard will be accessible at a subdomain (yourbusiness.agentdesk.ai) or your own custom domain.
2. Custom Domain Hosting
Customers may bring their own domain. Our team will provide DNS configuration instructions during setup. AgentDesk is not responsible for domain registration costs or DNS provider issues.
3. Uptime and Availability
We target 99.9% uptime for our platform. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. AgentDesk is not liable for downtime caused by third-party service providers (Twilio, Vapi, cloud providers).
4. Infrastructure Ownership
AgentDesk owns and operates all Twilio and Vapi infrastructure. Customers do not need their own accounts with these providers. Phone numbers assigned to customers remain the property of AgentDesk and may be reclaimed upon subscription termination.
5. Data Backup
We perform regular backups of customer data. However, customers are encouraged to export important data periodically. AgentDesk is not liable for data loss due to catastrophic infrastructure failure.
