No. AgentDesk is a fully managed platform. We own and operate all Twilio and Vapi infrastructure on your behalf. You simply get a dedicated phone number for your business — no separate accounts or technical setup required.

Setup time depends on your chosen tier: Standard setup takes up to 5 business days, Priority takes 48 hours, and Express takes 24 hours. Our team handles everything — from configuring the AI to setting up your phone number.

Absolutely. Every appointment request goes through our owner approval workflow. When a caller requests an appointment, it enters a "Pending" state. You receive a notification, review the request, and approve or reject it. The caller is automatically notified of your decision.

AgentDesk does not store call recordings. We do store transcripts (text), summaries, and call metadata (duration, caller, time, outcome). This gives you full visibility into every conversation without storing sensitive audio.

Yes. You can either use our managed hosting (yourbusiness.agentdesk.ai) or bring your own domain. Our team will configure DNS settings during the setup process.

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. For Indian customers, we also support UPI, net banking, and cards via Razorpay. All payments are processed securely.

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Setup fees are non-refundable. For refund requests on subscription fees, please contact our support team — all refunds are reviewed manually.

Yes. We implement role-based access control, encrypted secrets, comprehensive audit logging, session management, and rate limiting. All data is stored in encrypted databases. We never sell or share your customer data.

We offer email support and a Discord community for all plans. Response times vary by plan. We do not currently offer live chat. For urgent setup issues, Express tier customers receive priority support.
