Data Policy

1. Data We Collect

• Account data: name, email, business name, phone number
• Payment data: processed by Stripe/Razorpay, we do not store card numbers
• Call metadata: duration, caller number, timestamp, outcome
• Call transcripts and AI-generated summaries
• Usage metrics: call minutes, SMS count, AI requests
• Audit logs: account actions and administrative events

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

• Call audio recordings
• Credit card numbers or full payment details
• Government-issued ID numbers
• Medical records or health information

3. Data Storage

All data is stored in encrypted databases hosted on Supabase (PostgreSQL). Data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard TLS encryption.

4. Data Portability

You may request an export of your data at any time by contacting support@agentdesk.ai. Exports are provided within 30 business days in JSON format.

5. Data Deletion

Upon account cancellation, data is retained for 90 days then permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.
