1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using AgentDesk, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Service Description
AgentDesk provides AI-powered receptionist services including automated call handling, appointment booking, FAQ answering, and call transcript storage. Services are provided on a subscription basis.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You may not share account access with others or use the service for unlawful purposes.
4. Payment and Billing
Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period. Setup fees are one-time and non-refundable. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until the period ends. No prorated refunds are issued for partial periods.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use AgentDesk to harass callers, collect data without consent, impersonate others, or violate any laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
AgentDesk is provided as-is. We are not liable for missed calls, lost business, or any indirect damages arising from use or inability to use our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.
