AgentDesk collects information you provide directly, including your name, business name, email address, phone number, and payment information when you create an account or purchase a subscription.
We also collect information automatically when you use our service, including usage data, call metadata (duration, timing, outcome), call transcripts, AI interaction summaries, and technical data such as IP addresses and browser information.
We do not store call audio recordings. Only transcripts and summaries are retained.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to provide, maintain, and improve our AI receptionist services; process payments and manage subscriptions; send service notifications and support communications; comply with legal obligations; and prevent fraud and ensure security.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our platform (including Twilio, Vapi, Stripe, Razorpay, and Supabase), subject to confidentiality agreements. We may disclose information when required by law.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. After cancellation, data is retained for 90 days before deletion, unless legally required to retain longer. You may request earlier deletion by contacting support.
5. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access control, audit logging, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
