1. Permitted Use
AgentDesk may only be used for legitimate business purposes, including handling inbound customer calls, booking appointments, answering FAQs, and routing calls for your registered business.
2. Prohibited Uses
- Using the platform to make or facilitate spam calls
- Collecting personal data without caller consent
- Impersonating another business or individual
- Using the AI to provide medical, legal, or financial advice without appropriate disclaimers
- Violating any applicable telecommunications laws (TCPA, GDPR, etc.)
- Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or abuse the platform infrastructure
- Using the platform for any illegal purpose
3. Enforcement
Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension of your account without refund. Serious violations may be reported to relevant authorities.
