Refund Policy

1. No Automatic Refunds
AgentDesk does not issue automatic refunds. All refund requests are reviewed manually by our team on a case-by-case basis.
2. Setup Fees
Setup fees (Standard, Priority, Express) are non-refundable once work has commenced. If setup has not yet begun, a full refund of the setup fee may be issued at our discretion.
3. Subscription Fees
Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances (e.g., extended service outage caused by AgentDesk), partial refunds may be considered. Annual and 6-month plans may be eligible for prorated refunds within 7 days of the initial purchase.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at billing@agentdesk.ai with your account details and reason for the request. We will respond within 5 business days.
5. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage contacting us before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination and legal action.
